1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, syncing your Google Drive, or using any feature of Notulen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our application.

2. Description of Service

Notulen is a web application that automatically retrieves meeting audio files from your designated Google Drive folder, transcribes them using Gemini AI, and generates meeting summaries, project briefs, and interactive visual charts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use Notulen, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Usage Restrictions and Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, store, or process any audio files that violate any laws, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain malware, or are harmful, threatening, or offensive.

Abuse of our API quotas, attempting to disrupt our servers, or reverse-engineering the application is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription Plans and Fees

Notulen offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Each plan has specific quotas for transcription minutes per week or month.

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or weekly basis depending on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable. Quotas reset according to your plan's billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload and the generated transcripts/summaries created through your account.

Notulen owns all rights, titles, and interests in the application software, designs, logos, and brand elements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Notulen is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated transcriptions or summaries.

In no event shall Notulen or its developers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

8. Termination

We terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
