We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, synchronize your Google Drive, or process audio files.

This includes: Your name, email address, profile picture, and Google OAuth credentials. We also temporarily process the audio files you select from your Google Drive for transcription purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to: Provide, maintain, and improve our services; process and transcribe your audio recordings; generate summaries and other structured artifacts; and send you notifications about processing status.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your transcribing audio files are securely stored on Cloudflare R2 and processed using Google Gemini AI. The transcribed text, summaries, and meeting metadata are stored in our secure database.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services. You can delete your processed meetings or your entire account at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Google Drive API (to sync files), Google Gemini AI API (for transcription and analysis), and Cloudflare R2 (for audio storage). These services process your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to external parties for marketing purposes.

5. Security

We implement a variety of industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access our app. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can disconnect your Google Drive account, delete specific transcripts, or delete your entire account through the settings panel.
